You will be actively shown the inner workings of a successful kitchen operation, and encouraged to work fast and clean, organised and intentionally.

COOK/CHEF

ROLE WILL INCLUDE

Equium Social is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious and emotionally intelligent Barista to join our team. You will be working closely with the Head Barista and Venue Manager to ensure a top tier beverage offering within a team of 20+. We have a renowned reputation in Newcastle for some of the best seasonal food and specialty coffee. 

SENIOR BARISTA

ROLE WILL INCLUDE

3-4 Day Roster

  • One Weekend day off as standard

Working closely with the Venue Manager and Owners, you will play an integral role in directing the vision of Equium Social, leading a passionate team of 25+ hospitality professionals with confidence, kindness and purpose.
