Equium social is searching for a young individual to commence their kitchen apprenticeship with us.
We are a team of devoted hospitality professionals looking to mentor a keen apprentice.
You will be actively shown the inner workings of a successful kitchen operation, and encouraged to work fast and clean, organised and intentionally.

Apprentice CHEF

AN APPRENTICE ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • 4 days at the restaurant, 1 Tafe day comprising a 38hr roster

  • Staff meals and drinks provided on shift

  • Mentorship from a team of industry professionals

  • Restaurant industry award wages

  • Day shifts only, no splits

Equium Social is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious and emotionally intelligent Barista to join our team. You will be working closely with the Head Barista and Venue Manager to ensure a top tier beverage offering within a team of 20+. We have a renowned reputation in Newcastle for some of the best seasonal food and specialty coffee. 

SENIOR BARISTA

A BARISTA ROLE WILL INCLUDE

3-4 Day Roster

  • One Weekend day off as standard

  • Staff Meals and drinks provided each shift 

  • 50% staff discounts
